HB Communications, Inc., and the Boston Celtics recently teamed up for a great cause. On January 14th, 2013, a small group of US air troops at the Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan, not only got to see the game live, but to speak to their families at the Celtics game, through video conferencing services provided by HB Communications. The families were at the game courtesy of Celtics fans who donated their tickets to “Seats for Soldiers,” coordinated by the USO of New England.
