A few of the lesser-discussed benefits are the ideas of a virtual hallway where people can meet instantly and quickly via telepresence and video conferencing. Another is the idea of agile scheduling since remote workforce allows your hours to be distributed throughout the day so customers are covered when they are in different time zones and/or when they have different holidays.
